Miami, FL – May 24, 2005 – Related Cervera Realty Services (RCRS) will host a Lunch in the City event in Downtown Miami on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 beginning at noon.  The event offers local and international real estate brokers and buyers the opportunity to learn about the Park Suites at 50 Biscayne, One Miami and Loft Downtown projects.

Guests will enjoy lunch at the Park Suites at 50 Biscayne Sales Office located at 364 SE 1st Street, at the corner of Flagler and Biscayne Blvd.  Then, guests may either walk or be chauffeured in limousines to the One Miami Sales Office at 205 South Biscayne Blvd. for dessert.  Coffee concludes the event at the Loft Downtown Sales Office located at 115 NE 2nd Avenue. 

The event, organized by Loft Downtown Sales Manager Brenda Franzen and staff, is an opportunity for brokers to not only learn about these projects, but also see the changing area firsthand.  “Downtown Miami is really coming alive, it’s not just an area for stores and office buildings.  More and more people are calling Downtown Miami home.”
